Can the Bluetti AC70 Run an Induction Cooktop?
Updated 2026-10-17 · No
No. An induction cooktop draws about 1800W, more than the Bluetti AC70’s 1000W continuous AC output. The inverter will overload and shut off as soon as it switches on.

Recharging with solar
The Bluetti AC70 accepts up to 500W of solar input. In real conditions that harvests about 1.9 kWh on a sunny day (5 peak-sun hours), or about 750Wh with one 200W panel.
Tips
- Single-burner induction plates max out at 1,800W, but most cooking happens at lower settings.
- The Bluetti AC70 uses LiFePO4 (LFP) cells, rated for thousands of cycles, so running it down daily won’t wear it out quickly.
