How Long Will the Anker SOLIX C800 Plus Run a Vacuum Cleaner?
Updated 2026-10-17 · Yes
About 39 minutes. The Anker SOLIX C800 Plus stores 768Wh, and a vacuum cleaner averages about 1000W. That’s enough for about 1 typical 30-minute uses.
The numbers
| Battery capacity | 768Wh (LFP) |
|---|---|
| Usable energy | 653Wh (85% via AC outlets) |
| Continuous AC output | 1200W |
| Surge rating | 1600W |
| Vacuum cleaner running watts | 1000W |
| Startup watts | 1400W |
| Average draw | 1000W |
| Estimated runtime | 39 minutes |
| Energy per day of typical use | 500Wh |
768Wh × 0.85 = 653Wh usable ÷ 1000W average = 0.7 hours

Recharging with solar
The Anker SOLIX C800 Plus accepts up to 300W of solar input. In real conditions that harvests about 1.1 kWh on a sunny day (5 peak-sun hours), or about 750Wh with one 200W panel.
Solar can keep up. A vacuum cleaner uses about 500Wh a day at 0.5 hours of use, so with enough panels and good sun the Anker SOLIX C800 Plus can run it indefinitely.
Tips
- Corded upright vacuums draw 800–1,400W.
- You’ll still have about 200W of AC capacity left for other devices at the same time, though they’ll share the same battery.
- The Anker SOLIX C800 Plus uses LiFePO4 (LFP) cells, rated for thousands of cycles, so running it down daily won’t wear it out quickly.
